Thank you for shopping at Pursue Oneness. We strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for both physical and digital products.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

Eligibility Window:
You have 21 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for eligible products.

General Conditions for a Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Important: No Change of Mind Returns
Due to the bespoke and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind,” “incorrect size,” or “it didn’t fit as expected.” Please refer to our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Grounds for an Eligible Return:

  • We accept returns and will issue a refund only under the following circumstances:
  • The product is faulty or defective upon arrival.
  • The product is damaged during shipping.
  • You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered).

Important Exception: Made-to-Order/Custom Designs
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on items that are specifically made-to-order, customized, or personalized to your specifications. This includes, but is not limited to, items with custom text, specific color combinations not listed as standard, or altered designs. No returns or refunds will be issued for custom orders.

2. Digital Products

ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, we **do not offer refunds or exchanges** on any digital products, including e-books, guides, audio files, video content, courses, or templates. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. The Return Process (For Eligible Physical Products)

Step 1: Contact Us
Within 21 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team. Click here to Send Email with your order number and details about the issue. We may require photos or a description of the fault, damage, or error.

Step 2: Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Ship the eligible item to the address we provide. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds (For Approved Returns Only)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days).
Shipping Costs: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same one, please contact us using the process above.
