• Printable Journal/Art Delivery: Digital download links are sent via email or hosted on our platform. No third-party sharing occurs unless you choose to save files to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) – that is your own action.

• Jewelry & Physical Product Manufacturers: For custom or handmade items, we may share order details with production partners.

• Fulfillment Partners: Print providers (for printable art/journals), shipping carriers.

• Payment Processors: To securely complete transactions (they do not share full card details with us).

• Email marketing data: Until you unsubscribe.

• Printable journal / art download history: Indefinitely (to allow re-downloads).

After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

12. Notice for Printable Journals & Digital Products

When you purchase printable journals or printable art:

• We deliver via download link or email. No physical shipping address is required for digital-only orders, but we may collect billing address for fraud prevention.

• Printable journals are non-returnable (see our Return Policy). You may download files multiple times from your account.

• We do not retain any journal content you create after download (e.g., your personal writing inside a journal) – that data never passes through our servers.

13. Notice for Print-on-Demand (POD) Made-to-Order Products

When you purchase POD products (e.g., printed journals, mugs, apparel, posters, or any item printed only after your order):

• Production & Shipping: Your name, shipping address, and any custom text/design are sent to our POD partner immediately after purchase. The item is made specifically for you – no pre-existing inventory exists.

• Data Shared with POD Partners: We share only what is necessary for production: name, shipping address, email (for tracking notifications), product SKU, and any personalization (e.g., a name engraved or printed on a journal cover). We never share payment details.

• Defects & Returns: If your POD item arrives damaged or misprinted, we may require photos. Your data is retained for 90 days to facilitate reprints.

• Right to Erasure Limitation: Because POD items are made to order and linked to a specific production run, we cannot delete your order data while the product warranty (typically 30–60 days) is active. After that period, you may request deletion.

14. Notice for Jewelry & Physical Products (Non-POD)

When you purchase jewelry or other physical items:

• We collect shipping address and sometimes phone number for delivery updates.

• Custom/engraved jewelry may involve sharing design details with our production partner. Do not send sensitive personal information (e.g., SSN) in customization fields.
